Terms and Conditions

1. Agency Role

Let’s Travel Now acts as an independent travel advisor and arranges travel services through third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, and theme park providers such as Disney and Universal.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change until a deposit or full payment has been made and confirmed by the supplier. Quotes are based on current availability and may increase without notice.

3. Service Fees

Service fees may apply for planning, research, booking management, itinerary preparation, and travel support. Service fees are non-refundable once services begin.

4. Deposits & Payments

Clients are responsible for making all required payments by supplier due dates. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation or penalties imposed by suppliers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each travel supplier. Refund processing times may vary and service fees are non-refundable.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and other unexpected events.

7. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for valid passports, government-issued identification, visas, vaccination records, and all required travel documents.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients must carefully review all confirmations, invoices, and travel documents. Any errors must be reported immediately.

9. Supplier Changes

Travel suppliers may modify itineraries, accommodations, schedules, attractions, dining availability, or park operations without notice.

10. Communication Policy

Clients agree to maintain communication throughout the booking and travel planning process to ensure accurate and timely arrangements.

11. Theme Park Policies

Disney and Universal reservations, attractions, dining, and park access are subject to availability and operational changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Let’s Travel Now shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, supplier errors, weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel interruptions beyond our control.

13. Consent

By submitting payment or authorizing Let’s Travel Now to arrange travel services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

14. Age Requirement

Clients booking travel services through Let’s Travel Now must be 18 years of age or older. By submitting payment, the client confirms they are legally authorized to enter into this agreement and accept financial responsibility for all bookings.
